सोलन पुलिस ने 2 युवकों से चिट्टा पकड़ने में कामयाबी हासिल की । जहां लोग बुराई पर अच्छाई की जीत का पर्व दशहरा मनाने में व्यस्त थे वहीं 2 युवक बुराई का साथ देने में व्यस्त थे । लेकिन वो पुलिस की नजर से बच नही सके व 4.6 ग्राम चिट्टे के साथ टैंक रोड स्तिथ शिशु पार्क में दबोचे गए ।
